THE TERM “GRIND” REFERS TO A STATE OF MIND THAT IS COMPLETELY OCCUPIED BY WORK AND DERIVES A SPECIFIC FORM OF SATISFACTION FROM THIS WORK. ‍ ‍The prospect of inconsequentiality leads the NIE Theater ensemble to devote itself to the anthropological abysses of its work.
It plunges into the maw of Happiness at Work and returns with a factual report based on Edgar Allan Poe's fantastic tale “A Descent into the Maelstrom.”
A young man who looks like an old man, a band that found each other because of a misunderstanding; a room full of locked safes; big money, a well-timed exit, and a gilded farewell. THE MALSTRØM GRINDS AND THE SEARCH FOR THE VEHICLE THAT WILL BRING DEATH IS GREAT. WHO HAS THE PIN? IT IS POSSIBLE TO SURVIVE THE WHIRLPOOL, BUT ONLY SOAKED AND OLD.
The play is simultaneously audio-commented by one of the performers, streamed online, and thus takes place in two different ways simultaneously (differently).
